@Ki_ii hi. Yes it is in very good condition. It doesn't really wear its good Italian leather. There would be a mark or 2 somewhere but nothing noticeable on the couches. Cleans up very well . Its in very good condition for 2nd hand i have always looked after it and kept it clean
