530PS – DUAL-MOTOR AWD – 0–100KM/H IN 3.8 SECONDS

The Excellence AWD uses dual electric motors to produce 390kW / 530PS and 670Nm of torque, with power delivered through all four wheels.

The result is an extraordinary 0–100km/h time of just 3.8 seconds, giving the SEAL Excellence AWD genuine performance-car acceleration while retaining the smooth and silent driving experience of a fully electric vehicle.

With instant electric torque and intelligent all-wheel drive, the SEAL feels exceptionally responsive whether you're pulling away in town, joining a motorway or overtaking on an Irish country road.

ELECTRIC PERFORMANCE FOR EVERYDAY DRIVING

The SEAL Excellence AWD combines its performance with a substantial BYD Blade Battery and up to 520km WLTP combined range in the current Irish specification.

The SEAL also supports rapid DC charging, making longer journeys around Ireland considerably easier to manage. BYD Ireland quotes up to 150kW DC charging, giving you the ability to make efficient use of high-power public charging when travelling further afield.

For everyday driving around Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and beyond, home charging can make the SEAL exceptionally convenient, while the substantial battery gives you the flexibility to tackle longer journeys around the country.
