For sale is a British Rail Crewe Diesel-RES maintenance depot badge, whose logo depicted a leaping cat. The Crewe Diesel RES depot was opened in October 1991.

RES stands for Rail Express Systems and was a sector of British Rail responsible for the transport of mail and parcels, including the travelling Royal Mail post office trains. The Crewe depot maintained most of the RES diesel locomotives.
