Vintage Wooden Nesting Doll Set Seven Pieces
Vintage seven-piece Russian Matryoshka set, hand painted and in excellent condition.
This is an original Soviet-era piece, identifiable by its traditional floral design, wood turning marks, and the factory label still attached to the base of the largest doll.
All dolls open and close smoothly, and the paintwork shows the distinctive colour palette and brushstroke style of mid-20th century workshops.
