Fabulous Collectable Vintage Set of Six Denby Stoneware Cup and Saucer Duos in the Stunning and Popular Midnight Pattern, Mint Condition

I am continuing my effort to downsize as unfortunately we will have to move all our belongings into temporary storage due to builders carrying out major remediation works to our brand new home.

For Sale here, is a Fabulous Collectable Vintage Set of Six Denby Stoneware Cup and Saucer Duos in the Stunning and Popular “Midnight” Pattern, Mint Condition

This is a popular Denby Pattern, which is known as "Midnight" or “Midnight Blue” and was designed by Thelma Hague in 1983 and produced into the mid 1990’s.

The stoneware features a vivid speckled blue glaze with a high shine finish and featuring a semi-abstract floral repeat pattern in navy and red below the rim of the cups.
The interior of the cups is glazed in a complementary baby blue glaze,
The cup shape is very rounded and they are very tactile, just fitting in the palm of your hand like a warm hug.

Please note, the photos show the glaze as being quite muted in colour, but it’s a much brighter vibrant blue than it has photographed as. The screenshots of online ads show a truer reflection of the actual colour.

Included in this set are Six Cups and Six Saucers

All twelve pieces are in excellent mint vintage condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or pattern loss. They are literally as good as the day they were made.

Denby is known for its durability and practicality, so although they are so stunning and special looking, they are suitable for everyday use and will last a lifetime.

Suitable for both tea or coffee, and hot chocolate too!

The price is for all 12 items as a set @ €65.
If I split the set, and sell as individual duos, the prices will be more expensive as follows:

€15 per duo (One cup and one saucer). So better to buy all six together.
