I will only deal with people with a decent positive to negative feedback ratio. I will not deal with no feedback and no location users. Users with no feedback are fine so long as they communicate actively.

I understand it can take a day or so to arrange collection/inspection but I will not hold for more than a couple of days. Burned too many times.
