Xbox One 500GB Bundle - Elite Series 2 Controller

Selling an Xbox One 500GB bundle. I originally bought this console as a refurbishment/resale project and have spent the time cleaning and testing it properly before selling.
Included:

Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller

Power Supply
HDMI Cable

Console:

Fully cleaned inside and out.
Internally stripped and cleaned to remove dust build-up.
Disc drive cleaned.
Tested with game installation and disc reading - everything works as it should.
Console will be factory reset ready for the new owner.
Overall in good condition with only minor cosmetic scratches from normal use.

Controller:

The Elite Series 2 controller powers on, connects and is included with the bundle. It has been fully cleaned and disinfected.
Please note:
Rear rubber grips have cosmetic wear/peeling (see photos).

I have not fully tested every button or analogue stick in gameplay, so it is being sold as seen. I've priced the bundle accordingly and want to be completely transparent.
No games are included.
