Legacy of Petra was created by the beautiful Natalie Garcia Cetto and released in 2022. It is an ambery, woody, and spicy fragrance. It heavily leans on the oriental side.
Legacy of Petra starts off with a spicy opening. Fennel seeds calm the upcoming heart of resins. The heart is based on one of my favorite notes, the myrrh, which gives a special vibe and sense to any fragrance. Myrrh is accompanied by some resinous notes like benzoin and olibanum. The dry down completes the cozy picture with sexy vanilla and woody notes.
The fragrance smells rich and deep like you almost want to hug whoever wears it. It has an old-school vibe, yet not in an outdated way.
