@jarlethB as it’s vintage the zip is old & stiff (like myself) but I’ve been carefully putting Vaseline on it regularly to keep it smooth.
I’ll take more pics now of the zip/fabric and crack

@jarlethB hi the broken strap came with the bag and is 100% genuine, because it’s broken I used my other monogram strap that I bought from Designer Exchange, I have a few genuine straps in my wardrobe 🫣
