Unusual item- handmade medieval dress and handmade top.

This I bought off eBay well over 25 years ago. I bought a few medieval like dresses for a festival and this one came with them. It’s definitely not perfect but beautiful nonetheless. It needs a little tlc from someone handy to finish it off. It came with a top today o that could be worn under it. I’m pricing it with all this in mind. It fit me at a 12 small 14 but is adjustable.
