@littlelight hello. I would say that the coat is fairly true to size and it would be a warm snug fit.
It isn’t waterproof the way that Gore-Tex might be, but it has a good level of water resistance.
The marks are fairly small but more noticeable when the coat is zipped up because they’re near the pocket.
The marks were due to pen ink I think, and have faded to what is now seen in the photo after washing and overall the coat has had very little wear. Hope that helps.
