It as for a very special occasion and worn for that only. The coat is navy blue hand made in heavy velvet type materilal with a classic collar and half belted back. Mother of peral buttons two designer front pickets ling sleeves. As you can see it is a ling FLAPPER 1920’s style coat. An occasion coat- Luxury. You will not see another like it. Size isL so will fit 14-18
The scarf is optional at extra cost . It is handmade real velvet celtic design in dark Navy with luxurious hues of indigo/ purple- just stunning!! It cost 79 on its own!!!!
