Weight training sand bag
Corength weight training sand bag. Useful for at home training. Heavy duty carry bag with multiple handles for different exercises.
Secured using large velcro flap on back of bag. Comes with 3x sand bags inside, all filled (5kg, 10kg, 15kg) totalling to 30kg.
Used only briefly for lower leg exercises before getting a barbell. In perfect condition.
