The Deluxe Competition Style Bench now comes with a few new features to make it even better. With a slight inclination towards the bench, the new bar holders improve the racking process and decrease movement of the barbell. The height adjustment holes are numbered and closely spaced for ideal bench adjustment.

UHMW plates, mounted to the uprights, protect and guide the uprights. The bar holder as well as the safety catchers have UHMW plates for protection too. A 15mm thick bar holder, 7.5mm thick bar holder with addition of a 7.5mm thick reinforced backing plate, will withstand even the heaviest reracks. A good amount of grip from the new bench pad offers a solid and firm setup.
