The rack is very well made and solid. It doesn't sway or move when doing pull ups (I have another one the exact same which I use daily). The base has holes which allow for it to be bolted to the ground if preferred but it is not necessary. The height is 2.35m which is a bit more than most other available racks so there is better clearance for doing pull ups if you are on the taller side.
(Note: it doesn't include the spotter arms, bar and plates shown in the photo)
