Power Tower with Lat Pulldown Cable row attachment that comes with 40 kg of weight plates and a Bench and a 25kg Power bag.

Great set, only moving on as I've upgraded equipment. Good all in one neat little set up for multiple exercises

Lat pulldown attachment is currently attached to the Power Tower as it suited my space but can be mounted separately to a wall or anything else, has lat pulldown as well as rowing cable depending on what you want to work. Very versatile little unit.

Comes also with three sets of handles for different muscle groups

Comes with 40 kg of weight plates, 2 X 10kg, 2 X 5 kg and 4 X 2.5 kg.

It takes 1 inch weight plates and you can get the 2 inch adaptor units to change to Olympic plates if required

Power Tower has tricep dip/ leg raises / pull up and press up handles, very versatile great unit

Throwing in the bench and the Power bag as well, 25kg weighted bag in perfect nick

Great unit for a garage or shed, doesn't take up a huge amount of space and combines a lot of exercises in one.

Will probably have to dismantle the unit shortly for storage but Its easy to put together have it marked and can talk you through it.
