- Power rack with multiple additions (tricep dips, pull up bar, etc)

- Pulley system with multiple grips overhead and from ground

- Olympic bar and squat neck support / cushion (20kg)

- 6 Plates (2*20, 2*10, 2*5)

- 6 kettlebells (unsure on weights but believe 2*10, 2*5, 2*2.5)

- other equipment like ab wheel, foam roller, etc

For collection from Ashford only, buyer must disassemble to remove.
