The bench is adjustable with flat, incline and decline positions and has a maximum user and weight capacity of 180kg.

The 7ft Olympic bar is a 20kg bar designed for standard 2 inch Olympic plates.
The bumper plate set comprises 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg, 2 x 15kg and 2 x 20kg plates, giving 100kg of plates in total.

The adjustable squat rack has J hooks and spotter arms, adjustable height and width, and a stated maximum capacity of 150kg.

The four rubber gym floor tiles are 1m x 1m and 20mm thick, providing protection for the floor and equipment and reducing impact and noise.
