PLEASE READ - BATTERY: it now holds 1-2 days per charge, not the 5-7 days it had when new. Oura ring batteries cannot be replaced, so this will not improve. It works completely normally if you charge it nightly, but if you want multi-day battery life this is not the ring for you.

CONDITION: fully working, tracks and syncs normally. Heavy fine scratching to the gold coating across the whole band - cosmetic only, no dents, cracks or sensor damage. The photos show the actual ring you will receive.

INCLUDED: the ring and the Gen 3 charging dock. No USB-C cable (any standard one works) and no original box.

SIZING: US size 8. Oura rings cannot be resized, so please be certain of your size before buying.

YOU WILL NEED: an Oura membership (around 5.99 euro a month) for the app's full features. Memberships are not transferable, so you would set up your own. This applies to every Gen 3 ring.

I will factory reset the ring and unlink it from my Oura account before it goes.

Oura began rolling Ring 5 features down to Gen 3 hardware in July 2026, so it is still a supported device.
