The strapped needs replacing. I used a different strap with it that I'm keeping. This strap is original to the watch but the strap was kept in a junk drawer and damaged over time .
The watch face is perfect , touch screen works . There is slight scratches to the frame but doesn't affect it working.
Battery charges very quickly and last 3 to 4 days depending on usage.
