DISANO New LED Bulkhead Light

I dont know if I get this right here. Just goggled what it is and search came up with this:

My own words now, I fall in love with it by spotting it in curiosity shop. Like that window like looking shape on front side. Got explained there is a small, long bulb inside housing which can be opened by 3 screws infront of it. Guy told me as well it needs further wiring to function. Didnt gave it really a proper thought. By now I can see it is too much hassle for me to wiring and getting it on the wall done by someone. Therefore I will let it go for just 25 Euro
It is a heavy item.
Hard to measure cause of its shape. Will try 23 cm wide, 33 cm high and 32 cm deep at deepest point
