The Eternal is the fifteenth and final studio album by American alternative rock band Sonic Youth, released on June 9, 2009, by Matador Records, their first and only on that label. It was their first studio album in three years (since Rather Ripped), making it the band's longest delay between studio albums.

The band's contract with Geffen Records had expired and the two parties decided to go their separate ways. At the same time, Jim O'Rourke was gradually replaced with Pavement bassist Mark Ibold. Thurston Moore found that Ibold "immediately locked in, and had really prepared himself to the point where he knew the songs better than we did".

All Items are from a personal collection, stored upright and in excellent conditions. All items, vinyls & sleeves are cleaned, visually inspected and LPs / records / CDs are played (partially or completely) prior to been giving ratings & comments, before LPs/CDs listed.

LP’s come with plastic sleeve cover.

Postage is available on limited conditions:

P&P for LPs Registered will be approximately €13 (Depending on weight). Boxsets or multiple items may be more.

P&P at buyers risk is €6, this is a A Post pre-paid padded envelope. Records will be wrapped in cardboard, etc and sent via normal post. Any loss or damage is completely at buyers risk.

CD’s can be sold separately.
Registered post for CD’s in cases is approximately €10.00
P&P (at buyers risk) for a CD is approximately €4.50, or €2:50 without case/tray. Additional CDs may increase cost.
