Pelican is an American post-metal quartet from Chicago, Illinois. Established in 2001, the band is known for their atmospheric and almost entirely instrumental style. They have released six studio albums and six EPs.

Ephemeral is the 2009 follow-up to the PLCN/TAAS split EP by American post-metal band Pelican. It was their first recording to be released after signing with Southern Lord Records. The album consists of two previously unreleased songs in addition to a cover of "Geometry of Murder" by Earth featuring Earth guitarist Dylan Carlson.

Recorded at Red Room Studios, Seattle, Wa. during the first week of February 2009.

Comes with a black inner sleeve

Unusual track numbering is reflected on the release. Also pressed on gold-coloured vinyl.

Postage is available on limited conditions:

P&P for LPs Registered will be approximately €13 (Depending on weight). Boxsets or multiple items may be more.

P&P at buyers risk is €6, this is a An Post pre-paid padded envelope. Records will be wrapped in cardboard, etc and sent via normal post. Any loss or damage is completely at buyers risk.

CD’s can be sold separately.
Registered post for CD’s in cases is approximately €8.
P&P (at buyers risk) for a CD is approximately €4.50, or €2:00 without case/tray. Additional CDs may increase cost.
