Vintage Tissot Pocket Watch Conversion One-Off Custom Wristwatch

A unique, one-of-a-kind wristwatch, thoroughly converted from an original, vintage Tissot pocket watch, powered by an authentic Swiss Tissot Le Locle movement.

This is not a factory-produced Tissot wristwatch.
It is a meticulously crafted conversion of a pocket watch, created to preserve the character and mechanical heritage of the original timepiece while giving it a new lease on life as a wristwatch.

At the heart of the project is the original Tissot Le Locle movement, clearly signed and in excellent condition. The movement is marked as 15 jewels, Swiss, and 2 adjustments, and has been carefully serviced. It runs smoothly, winds effortlessly, and keeps excellent time.

This is a genuine, historic Tissot watch that served as the donor—not a random, loose movement assembled from various parts—which gives the watch a true, vintage Swiss character and authenticity.

The dial was custom-modified specifically for this build. I intentionally kept the design clean and understated, allowing the proportions, typography, and mechanical layout to speak for themselves, rather than over-decorating the watch.

The oversized case, visible original movement, and classic oversized crown give this piece a strong vintage-style conversion identity, with a look that falls somewhere between early military wristwatches, marine instruments, and classic workshop conversions.
