Up for sale is a vintage Cauny Submarine diver, a classic Swiss skin diver with loads of character and original charm.
Recently serviced and running well (see timegrapher results: strong amplitude ~296°, low beat error ~0.4ms, +3s/day)
Original dial with attractive patina on indices and hands
Case shows honest wear consistent with age (scratches and marks visible in photos)
Crystal has some surface marks but remains clear
Bezel shows wear but retains full functionality and vintage character
This is a great example of a vintage skin diver with a fantastic wrist presence. The bold orange seconds hand and aged lume give it a proper tool-watch aesthetic. Cauny has a long Swiss heritage, and these Submarine models are becoming increasingly collectible.
