Hey all, have for sale three (3) VHS videos and a book that might be of interest to the military/special forces enthusiast. They are as follows:

Videos - All VHS (PAL)

WHO DARES WINS - the 'classic' 1982 RANK film starring a multitude of stars such as Lewis Collins, Judy Davis, Richard Widmark & Edward Woodward amongst others - inspired by the 1980 Iranian Embassy siege. If yer hard core you'll know the goofs in this (like most military pics), but its a good romp anyway and tries to be as 'real' as possible. Course if you've seen it already you'll know the score - Running time is approx 120 mins (colour)

Navy SEALS - 1990 movie starring Charlie Sheen, Michael Biehn, Joanne Whalley and of course Bill Paxton as 'GOD' - well he was the Team Sniper! Good oul romp like WDW above - Running time is approx 109 mins (colour)

ELITE Fighting Forces: The SAS - a 1993 'D.D. Video' documentary, one of a series of collectables from D.D. on Elite Forces which included others such as Navy SEALs, The Green Berets, Foreign Legion and Spetsnaz etc - This SAS video documents the 'Regiments' history from start up by David Stirling all the way through to modern times, including of course the Embassy siege footage and Falklands Invasion amongst other incursions. Running time is approx 55 mins (colour/B&W)

Book

World Famous: SAS and Elite Forces by Jon E. Lewis - ISBN 0 75251 774 0 - Published by Parragon (1996) - 169 pages. Includes accounts of SAS Iranian Embassy siege, Israeli Paras Entebbe "Operation Thunderball", 2 Para 'Wireless Ridge' Falklands amongst other accounts.
