I have own this vehicle for nearly 3 years. I have just brought it back from mechanic- all expensive welding done - will add some pictures. Also, liquids and filters all changed.

This vehicle is originally from Japan, then travelled to Wales in 1998 and last year 2023 it came to Ireland.


All brakes around, head gasket and cv boots have been changed - so the car is ready to be enjoyed

Mazda has tax until July 2027. I have it insured for around 200 euro a year as classic.


It is a joy to drive due to its Japanese reliability and most importantly AUTO gearbox.

It is hard to believe it has all 4 electric windows, central locking and power steering. Yes, 37 years old lady.. also original blue mats - matching basically all other car components.


There is generally no rust however small spots can be noticed.


I will consider swap or trade in but only with Uk / Ni reg and bigger car as moved ti NI.

Car can be seen in Banbridge - 45 minutes from Drogheda but I can drive it to any place in Ireland- pretty confident with this technology!

The car has no NCT but will book it soon.

The only thing which bothers me is the sunroof as it was painted previously and it would need to be either replaced or patched and painted. Still looking for alternatives- IT IS NOT LEAKING though, never was.
