Very low mileage (100k), an unabused and well maintained example of this rare vehicle.
A proper BMW as it should be, in-line 6 cylinder 3 litre engine [231bhp M54B30] matted to a manual gearbox.
Fast, understated and totally reliable.
Classic Insurance and eligible for vintage tax in 4 years.

Good service history from day one. Wallet, service book and manuals present.
Matching Michelin tyres on front and almost new Bridgestone's on the rear.
Recent service a few thousand miles ago by a BMW Specialist and subsequent work by my own mechanic.
Some paintwork recently undertaken to a high standard.
Front seats, head rests and armrest professionally restored at much expense!

Originally a London car, it was imported to Ireland in 2003 and family owned prior to me.
It spent a lot of its time travelling to and from France.
I use this car almost daily, its a fantastic drive and makes a fabulous sound without attracting too much attention.

Only points worth mentioning are: No rust other than minor corrosion under the bonnet front lip which is a common fault [not visible from outside]. Minor parts of the interior fabric trim could do with a refresh. Drivers inner door seal and rear window outer rubber seals would benefit from replacement but not essential. Thats very minor criticism of a 26 year old vehicle.

Overall, it's a lovely car and a maybe a 'real world' alternative to an E46 M3.
