Wusthof Ikon Carving Knife, with African black wood handle (blade, 16 cm - 6, 1/2 inches)
After 7-8 years I’m parting with this Wüsthof Ikon Carving because it simply hasn't seen much use in my kitchen. Due to my specific diet and food preferences, I rarely find myself preparing roasts or meats that this professional tool is designed for. It features a 16 cm (6, 1/2 inch), narrow blade and a sharp pointed tip that is perfect for slicing through proteins with precision. The handle is crafted from high-end African Blackwood, which feels incredibly solid and balanced in the hand thanks to its double-bolster design. Since it’s spent most of its time safely stored complete with a tip protector it is in very good condition and ready for someone who will truly put its craftsmanship to work.
