Without its bottles, Ty Nant — a spring on a Welsh farm discovered by a water diviner in 1976 — would be just one of a million competing brands. But the company knew exactly what to do, and did it better than anybody else. First came its blue glass bottle, launched in 1989, which was snapped up by hotels and restaurants big on image. Nobody else, apart from chemists, did blue glass.

Noted for his organic designs — Lovegrove dubs his approach “supernatural” — he immediately made the mass-market Ty Nant bottle a covetable item. This is what true design should be about, of course — mass-produced objects of beauty and sophistication that are also functional.
And think — because you don’t want to throw them away, you’ll likely refill them from the tap. This is recycling at its purest.Have two glass stoppers but clear glass but fit well which will come with the bottles.
