The Miyabi 5000MCD 67 collection is the absolute top collection from the Miyabi by Zwilling range. These knives are characterized by the Cryodur blade with a core of MC66 steel. Around it 132 layers of steel were applied. This gives the knife its remarkable 'Flower Damask' look. Thanks to a special ice hardenings process at-196 degrees Celsius the knives have a hardness of up to 66 HRC. Even for Miyabi this is incredibly high.
