Japanese Chef's Knives
Selling my Japanese chefs knives as I haven't used them in years so they are just sitting there.
There are 4 handmade Hattori HD Line knives of varying sizes as seen in photos.
They are pretty sharp but could use an edge refresh with the supplied whet stone.
Also included are a few brand new Mauviel chefs knives which are very very well made for the price they were. Full tang etc.
Also comes with premium knife case which was €300 plus shipping from Japan at the time.
Not looking to sell individually so dont ask.
I also have a large Hattori carving knife which I can include free of charge as theres a chip gone out if it which was my fault 🤦🏻♂️.
