100% V4. Serial number won’t tell you which it is. Any buyer can send a picture to OutnAbout and they will confirm it’s V4. I checked previously with OutnAbout and they said

1. The Chassis (Frame) Color
* Nipper Double V3 (Lagoon Blue): Built on a silver aluminum frame.
* Nipper Double V4 (Lagoon Blue): Unlike other V4 colors (which moved to a matte black frame), the Lagoon Blue version remained on a silver frame. This means that from the side, a V3 and a V4 in Lagoon Blue look virtually identical in terms of frame styling.

2. Rear Seat Mesh Cover

V3: Features a solid fabric backrest when reclined, with a rear mesh window panel that is partially covered to manage airflow.

V4: Features an upgraded rear design where the mesh panel is fully covered by a fabric zip-up flap on later models. This provides a much tighter seal against cold wind and rain when the seats are fully flat


3. Harness Clips and Mechanism

V3: Uses the standard older 5-point harness buckle clip system.

V4: Upgraded to new, smoother harness clips that make securing and unbuckling two children slightly quicker and more ergonomic.

4. Folding Lock Mechanism

V3: Relies on a manual red clamp mechanism to lock the chassis together once folded.

V4: Features an integrated auto-locking catch. When you collapse the frame down, it clicks and locks into place automatically without needing to manually hook a clip.

It’s 100% V4. The colour blue came with a silver frame. The V3 had one full hood. The V4 moved to two separate hoods. Additionally the V4 has the plastic
Lock clip on the side.

Few questions is this a V2 or V3? If you have a picture of the model number on the bar sticker I can check. Is the frame is straight, brake works, and wheels are in good condition? Bumper bar or rain cover?
