Baby Jogger has sent me a harness replacement - photo uploaded. So there is a brand new shoulder strap for the one that broke & there is also now a spare shoulder strap & buckle as I had to buy the full harness replacement. Item is available now for asking price of €300.

@Ol.Ol - additional photos have just been uploaded. There was one clip missing on the left hand side buckle to properly fasten the left seat. My 3/4 year old used to just sit in on holidays & we’d never buckle that side. Other side was fine for the baby. We think it must of broke in transit on flights as we only used this buggy on holidays. I have contacted baby jogger online since & enquired about ordering one replacement shoulder strap. I will wait to hear back or if anyone would like to buy the buggy as is I will let it go for €250.
