The TV is working, but there are two issues.
The TV uses a battery to store volume and picture information like saturation. I believe it is a CP90 chassis inside. The battery appears to be dead. I cannot confirm if it leaked or not, but it does not appear to have. You will need to change the battery (soldering required). Then use a correct, or high quality universal remote to set the colours correctly. At the moment the volume starts extremely high, and the picture is very blown out and saturated.
