Just to clarify, these aren't my first turntables. I've owned many different pairs since 2009, and I've had my share of bad experiences buying second-hand equipment, so I know what to look out for.
The RP-8000 is built like a tank, and this particular deck is in excellent condition. It's always been used at home, handled with care and kept protected. I wouldn't sell anything faulty.
From my experience, age alone doesn't tell you much about the actual wear of a turntable. How it's been used and looked after matters far more. There's a big difference between a deck that's been heavily used in clubs and one that's spent its life in a home setup.
I'm genuinely happy with these turntables, and I'm only considering selling because of my current circumstances, not because there's anything wrong with them.

@advertMot Hi, I've had both turntables for around 4 years. They've only ever been used at home, never in clubs, and I've always kept them protected with Decksavers and flight cases (the cases aren't shown in the photos).
They're in excellent condition, with no grounding issues or any other problems. I've mainly used them for listening to vinyl rather than heavy DJ use.
To be honest, I haven't had much time for them lately, and my financial situation is the main reason I'm considering selling one.
That said, I'm not in a rush to let it go cheaply. I know what these turntables are worth, and I'm genuinely happy to keep them for years to come if I don't get a fair price. It's a piece of equipment I trust and I'm quite reluctant to part with.
