Included is a bassinet flat carrier thing for newborn babies, and a separate child's seat, and adapters for a car seat (which seems to fit most car seats, we checked in Tony Kealy's).

It is a little stiff to fold down, there's a trick to it but with me you'll get a live demonstration. It's definitely second-hand but there's not a stain to be seen, it's cleaner than the little cute bundle of germs you'll be gently placing into it.
