Combining breathable comfort with exceptional flexibility, the Nike Women's Free TR Focus Flyknit Shoe is built to take on intense training.

The shoe is designed with a Flyknit upper for maximum breathability and allows the foot to move and flex naturally, while the Flywire cables in the forefoot help to lock the foot down for a more secure and stable fit.

With an injected unit sole material in the midsole, the shoe provides ample cushioning that is durable enough to double as the outsole, resulting in a drastically lighter weight shoe.

The outsole features an auxetic tri-star pattern, which is cut using a hot knife to reveal the foam underneath. The auxetic shapes expand and contract equally in all directions to allow for equal pressure dispersal as you run.

Regular cushioning offers a blend of lightness, comfort, and ground feel. Popular for shorter distances in races, as well as for training and everyday running. The lower stack of the midsole foam provides inherent stability and a lighter feel on the foot compared to max-stack shoes.
