UPPER
It fits perfectly on the foot, while also leaving space for movement. This upper is very breathable that supplies lots of air to the feet so they don't get too hot. This new Pegasus also comes with an entirely new lacing system. The previous FlyWire technology has now been replaced with Wide Strips. It works perfectly and ties the shoe down completely, so you can feel safe on you run.

MIDSOLE
This is where the big change is happening. In Pegasus 36 you had a full length Zoom midsole, but in the wake of the enormous success of Nike's React foam, the Zoom has been replaced with React foam. The Pegasus 37 has a full length React foam midsole, which makes it extremely comfortable to run in, and significantly softer than its predecessor.
A larger Air Zoom unit has been inserted in the forefoot to provide even more bounce. This combination of React foam and the Air Zoom unit makes for an ideal and durable midsole that makes running much more comfortable and quick. The women's model comes with a slightly larger Air Zoom unit in the forefoot, since women - according to Nike - require a softer landing.

OUTSOLE
The outsole is made of rubber, which provides a good road grip and stays steady when turning corners, so you do not feel as if you are sliding out. It is durable and really strong.
