Hi,
The frame and axle are both sound and sturdy. The marks you see on the front of the trailer are just superficial surface rust, which is quite common here in Ireland given our lovely damp climate. It’s strictly cosmetic and doesn't affect the structural integrity of the trailer at all.
Since we live in Ireland, where it’s either raining or pouring, the best way to be 100% sure is to come and have a look at it in person. You’re more than welcome to drop by, check the frame yourself, and see that it’s ready for work.
