Vintage Hornby - Meccano O Gauge Train Set & Track

Vintage Hornby O Gauge model railway items by Meccano Ltd, dating roughly from the 1940s–1950s.

Being sold as seen. I am not a model railway expert, so everything is described to the best of my ability — please check the photos carefully.

Included in the sale:
Hornby O Gauge tinplate steam locomotive
Selection of tinplate rolling stock / coaches

Large quantity of O gauge track, including:
Straights
Large and small curved sections
Points / splits
Track joins

The track appears to have been sprayed/painted at some stage and shows age-related wear and surface rust in places. The locomotive and wagons also show wear, paint loss, and patina consistent with age.

Condition:
All items untested
Sold as a project, restoration, or for display
No boxes or paperwork

Collection preferred due to size and weight, but postage can be discussed at buyer’s expense.
