Ride on Toy ATV with tipper (faulty)

I picked this up for free and I had a quick look at fixing it today but don't have time to keep going at it as a project

What is it:
As far as I can tell it's this:

Physical condition:
It's physically in decent enough condition, the only physical thing I can see missing is the tail gate for the tipper. Rear tires are a bit worn but they are still ok. The tires are rubbery rather than plastic.

What is wrong with it:
- battery is definitely faulty. It requires 24v and there are two 12v, one of them is 8v and the other is not reading anything.
- The main board is almost certainly faulty too. It's JR1932RX, they can be picked up for $20 delivered online. I tested it on my bench power supply and it seems to have a short.
- the screen on the infotainment screen is broken.
- It also does not have the remote it would have come with (not required)

What I have tested:
- the two drive motors work when supplied with power directly.
- pedal works as expected (has continuity when pressed)
- the direction selector works as expected (has continuity when changed)


It's going to recycle center Tuesday (probably) but I just said I'd offer it here if anyone wanted to try fix it.
