Vintage Premier 12" Pre International Rack Tom
Early 1960s Vintage Premier 12" Pre International Rack Tom. Please note that the heads for this drum are pre-international. Sounds pretty nice. Has slotted tension rods and all original hardware. The bearing edges probably need a bit of attention, but the muffling mechanism is still working well.
