Red Sealer may be applied by brush, spreader or roller. The XP2640 formulation contains no volatile solvents and also allows users to comply with the most recent environmental legislation. Ideally used as a moisture/dust barrier suppressant sealer, it can be diluted with water at a ratio of 4 parts water to 1 part XP2640 and used as a visible sealer/binder for concrete surfaces or plasterboard.
