This great tent has only been used twice. It's quick to put up, plenty of head height and is 300cmx300cm (9ft.8 x 9ft.. the sleeping area is great size, you could sleep 4. The bedroom fits snugly inside this area for extra comfort and keep drafts out . I'm including a ground sheep for main area which is usually sold separately. Link for details. In excellent condition as only used twice
