Eurohike Genus 800 Air Tent
Updated.
Purchased just over 2 years ago, used for a couple of weekend festivals. A few scuffs but otherwise 100% Water and Air tight.
Last used on 6th of July at Kaleidoscope festival, cleaned, aired and packed away again.
It's such a simple tent. Unfold from carry bag, pull the four corners out as far as you can to spread ground sheet, peg those four corners and inflate the 4 air beams. Add a few more pegs to base and guy lines to secure.
To Pack up..... Pop the plugs on air beams and the whole thing collapses in seconds, pull your pegs, fold back into bag.
With 2 adults, and a bit of practice, this tent can be erected in ten minutes with the dual flow hand pump. It inflates on the UP and DOWN stroke and each beam fills in around a minute.
If I'm honest, the kids set it up last time while I had a beer. It's that easy.....
It can sleep 8, the most we ever had was 6 with comfort. You could probably squeeze 10 if you utilise the middle space and pop a smaller storage tent beside you for your cart and bags etc.
It is quite a popular model, due to how simple it is, it's still retailing around 600 sterling, and is frequently out of stock
It would be perfect for someone wanting to try out their first Air tent, without a massive financial commitment, or just someone who needs more family space like us and needs to upgrade.
I swear, once you get the hang of it, you could probably go full Zen mode and pop it up yourself blindfolded with a cold can when you arrive at your campground š.
We'll be sad to see Big Blue go, but hopefully another family or group of friends can get another few years of memories from it.
I will take a respectable offer, but I am going to give it a few days to see if I can get an offer close my asking price.
Any Questions, just ask.
