Meade ETX-70AT goto AutoStarTelescope

Meade ETX70 for the smart begginer or intermediary Astronomers or part-time citizen scientist, even just the curious. Comes with what I think are all the original assesories: scope,lenses, sturdy tripod, auto Star remote (batteries not included), pack n go carry rucksack. The scope will need some TLC as the focus screw mechanism seems to have come undone. This doesn't affect the scope as such but makes focusing etc somewhat more difficult. To anyone even mildly good with some basic skills will probably fix this in 20 mins. I just don't have time or patience at the moment. This would make a lovely Xmas or anytime prezzie, but please make the small repairs so as not to disappoint your intended targets and small that first enjoyment of seeing Saturn or Jupiter and moons, the moon, with their own eyes. Honestly, don't be expecting seeing things out of Star Trek or star Wars it is after all only a 70mm. Don't be put off by the latter - this scope would have been far more accurate and advanced, with clearer optics, than what Isaac Newton or Galileo, Kepler would have used. The current condition of the item is obviously reflected in the price. This a bargain! Pictures will follow.
