A couple of things going for it re AP:
Lots of back-focus, 2" rotatable Crayford focuser, and lockable drawtube with 9:1 slow dual focuser knob. Pretty flat field visually with a 24mm TV Panoptic. Star clusters sharp to the edge

@vlex Well, flatteners are a subject all to themselves with some APs singing their praises and vice-versa.
I'm a visual astro guy and never got into that. Did take some nice starter level stuff of M42 etc but just dabbling and used it for chiefly for viewing.

Yeah, no, I was asking not necessarily as a part of the ad, but separately or not even for resale and as a reference. Seems it's a bit controversial what flatteners can be used for these older WO OTAs as their own ones are really hard to come by. And apparently all that makes them pretty much unusable for astrophitography. Have you ever used it with a camera, or only for visual observations?

@vlex@vlex No, it's just the OTA, and the listed accessories in the ad.

Do you have a suitable flttener for it?
