samsung tab A leixlip area ( read describtion)

Hi i have for sale samsung tab A
Working as should
When you watch from an angle you could see some brighter spots( see pictures) .i have no idea why and that is visible only when you watch from an angle and withe colour.
I was using it as us no prob because that is not visible only when you want to see it....
Any inspection welcome .
