Vintage 1950s 1960s Jacqueline Groag mid century modern (MCM) coffee table

Stunning vintage mid-century modern (MCM) coffee table featuring the iconic Manhattan / Cityscape abstract geometric laminate design by renowned designer Jacqueline Groag for Warerite (British melamine/Formica equivalent, late 1950s/early 1960s).

This bold black-and-grey "urban skyline" pattern is super collectible – pure funky MCM vibes! Mounted on a classic black metal rod frame with integrated magazine rack shelf (great for storing mags, books, or remotes) and white plastic feet for floor protection.

The top is easily removed and the rack is collapsible for easy storage when not in use.

Condition: Very good vintage condition – laminate top is almost perfect with one minor blemish which is hardly noticeable (See photo) . Frame solid with minor patina; all ferrules intact one of the longer bars is loose on one side, but a spot of glue or quick tack will rectify, but it doesn't distract from the piece. Much nicer than most surviving examples!
